Workshop is a simple and enjoyable introduction to the basics of YOGA.
At the beginning of the workshop, we will experience and explore relaxation (calming of the mind), concentration (sharpening of the mind and focusing on different areas of the body), breathing technics (alternative nostril breathing, 'shoulders' breathing, humming bee sound and meditation (40 min)
The second part of the class will be focused on the explanation of the essential yoga postures with their correct alignment.
We will go through Sun Salutation (and its modifications), Upward and Downward facing dog, Warrior poses and final relaxation followed by discussion (35 min)
The last part of the class will be full Hatha Yoga class with alignments (75 min)
