Choose your option: - The Intro Course (1,5 hour): Kelopon, Fried tempe + Peanut sauce, Fried noodles - Four of a kind (2 hours): Kelopon, Fried tempe + Peanut sauce, Fried noodles, Yellow curry - The Super Six (2,5 hours): Kelopon, Fried tempe + Peanut sauce, Fried noodles, Yellow curry, Chicken taliwang, Gado gado What you will learn to cook: 1. Kelopon (Indonesian dessert) Sweet glutinous rice flour balls stuffed with palm sugar, coated with coconut flakes. 2. Fried Tempe with Peanut Sauce (starter + snack) Authentic peanut sauce made from scratch. Packed with peanuts, made into a sweet and savoury paste. Tempeh goreng is crispy fried tempeh that is made from fermented soybeans. Similar to its famous brother tofu. 3. Mie Goreng (Flavorful Fried Noodles) Also known as mie goreng, a staple dish in this country: Indonesian stir-fried noodles with vegetables and a sticky, savoury sweet and spicy sauce. 4. Yellow Chicken Curry Create a flavor bomb by blending all the ingredients, crafting your own curry paste, and cooking until it transforms into a smooth, creamy, and aromatic curry 5.
