Description

Begin your adventure with a pickup from Lombok Airport or any of Lombok's ports, including Lembar, Bangsal, and Teluk Kodek. Alternatively, you can be picked up from Senggigi, Kuta Lombok, or the 3 Gilis (Trawangan, Meno, Air). Travel to your hotel in Senaru, where you'll be greeted with a welcome drink. Meet your trekking guide and porters, who will brief you on the trekking procedures and prepare you for the journey ahead. Arrive at least 1 hour before sunset, and take the opportunity to visit the Sindang Gile and Tiu Kelap Waterfalls the day before you start trekking. Note: you can arrive on the same day as the trek, but it is recommended to come the day before and spend the night to avoid any delays. Begin your trek from Senaru village, making your way up the stony and steep trails. As you ascend, take in the breathtaking views from the Senaru Rim, including a spectacular sunrise over the 3 Gilis and Mt. Agung in Bali. Witness the sunrise from next to the valley of Mt. Sanggka Reyang, and see smoke rising from the new volcano in the middle of Segara Anak Lake. Reach the summit of Mt. Rinjani at 3,726 meters, and take in the incredible panoramic views. Important Information

• The trails are stony and quite steep. Arrive at least 1 hour before sunset if visiting the waterfalls. It's recommended to arrive the day before the trek to avoid delays.
