For those who'd rather not be too adventurous with their food, familiar favourites like steak and fries feature alongside more local cuisines of Thai soups, Balinese chickens and Singapore crabs. A Mediterranean pizza and pasta menu always proves to be a hit with the younger diners. The global menu also includes Japanese tempura, Caesar salad and Indian samosas.
While Lotus Bayview is part of a chain, every restaurant boasts a different menu based on a selection of seafood, fresh meat, poultry and vegetables.
