Description
Disconnect completely on a true back-to-basics island expedition from Coron to El Nido. Travel by a traditional Filipino Bangka to untouched beaches, hidden coves, and uninhabited islands far beyond the tourist trail. Life on the expedition is intentionally simple, with minimal electricity and no Wi-Fi, allowing you to fully immerse in nature.
Spend your days snorkelling pristine coral reefs, exploring idyllic islands, and swimming in crystal-clear waters. Evenings are shared on isolated islands at our beachfront basecamp's, enjoying freshly prepared meals, incredible sunsets, and sleeping to the sound of the sea in traditional native huts. Important Information
- The evening prior to departure we will host the pre-departure briefing at 5pm at our office opposite Jollibee.
This is an off-grid expedition with minimal electricity and no WIFI.
Your main luggage will be stowed during the trip (there is no weight or size limit for this) and you will need to prepare a smaller bag with all your essentials for the three days. We highly recommend a secure dry bag. Pack light, pack smart and pack for adventure.
The minimum age to participate is 16 years old.
You will sleep in traditional native huts that come equipped with a mattress, pillows, sheets/linen and a mosquito net. These are suitable for two adults. They do not have a fan or air conditioning. Toilet and showering facilities are shared and not ensuite.
All guests must have valid environmental tickets - this is a government requirement. If you have a valid one please bring these along otherwise we can process these for you. Applicable to El Nido, Linapacan, Culion and Coron.
