Guests at Holiday Resort Lombok are invited to learn the art of the Indonesian cuisine at one of the cooking classes, which are held at the KA restaurant. Here you'll learn all the secrets of how to create the tastiest traditional dishes, using local herbs, spices and flavours. Demonstrations are led by chef Jumaah, who will teach you all there is to know about Indonesian cooking, so that when you return home you can still enjoy the great flavours of Lombok.
