Description
We'll start by visiting the vineyards and winery, including an explanation of the work
of the Vineyard and the Winemaking Process in the Winery. Then, we'll head out for the tasting of wines and traditional appetizers (cheeses,
Salpicão, Olives, Jams, Breads with Chorizo and Cookies
- Beijos de Amor), in the winery or in the vineyards, depending on the weather.
During the tasting of three wines, we'll talk about the specifics of our wines, as well as their connection to the gastronomy and family traditions of our region.
