Monteverde: Night Walk with Guide and Flashlights

Description

We will walk for two and a half hours trying to find animals in their natural habitat completely free in a forest around Monteverde and Santa Elena. Local animals and some endemic to the area or Costa Rica can vary depending on the season, and different species may be found. We cannot guarantee seeing animals as they are free; we have no control over them. We would need to be in the right place at the right time to appreciate the animals well. If we are lucky, we might see sometimes toucans sleeping, sloths, frogs, among others. It's a tour to see the forest's nightlife and learn about how the forest works at night.

Includes

local guide certified by the ICT in Costa Rica. renting a telescope and good flashlights for a professional experience. guide rental for two hours.

Excludes

no transport (the activity is located between 10- and 20-minutes walking from Santa Elena. no meals. no water. no tickets to the forest (they cost 10 dollars per person.)
