Description
Meet your guide at the park in front of Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station, the same place where the SOS Brigade often gathered in the series. Begin your journey through the city, just as the main character Kyon did.
Visit the library that Kyon and Yuki Nagato went to, the café where the entire SOS Brigade often met, and the riverside bench Kyon visited with Mikuru Asahina. After taking in these locations, head up the hill toward the high school.
The path to the school appears almost exactly as it did in the anime adaptation. The slope is just as steep, so you’ll get to enjoy the “forced mountain climbing” experience, just like Kyon did.
Upon reaching the high school, admire the exterior. Since it’s still an active school with students attending, you can’t go inside. But enjoying it respectfully from the outside is part of being a good and considerate fan.
After exploring all these spots, take a bus from near the school back to Kōyōen Station, another memorable Haruhi location. The tour officially ends at Kōyōen Station, but there are still many more Haruhi-related sites in the area you can check out afterwards.
