Yoga classes are offered throughout the day which are suitable for all levels. You are ensured of leaving feeling relaxed and energised after every class.  

One can drop in for a single yoga class, have a go at the sunset yoga which takes place on the beach or try the introduction courses to yoga and meditation.

There is also the Yoga Place Garden Cafe which serves  a variety of healthy meals in the peaceful lounge garden.
