The island of Gili Air is the perfect location to sum up every cliché on a holidaymakers' list; tranquil turquoise sea, white sandy beaches alongside lush vegetation as well as allowing no motorised transport on the island meaning it is wholly relaxing. Nestled in amongst this, Oceans 5 Dive Centre offer PADI diving courses in the colourful oceans for all levels, whether you're a beginner or looking to become a professional divemaster they can cater for all. The have 24 hour access to over 20 nearby dives sites; there is a reef right in front of the dive shop on the beach and then the other sites are simply a short boat ride from there.
Speaking Dutch, English, German, French and Italian, the dive instructors have a detailed knowledge of the best place for the best views of marine life and with its rich biodiversity it is the mecca for all marine enthusiasts, from divers to photographers from all over the world. You're likely to see a vast array of turtles, sharks, manta rays and eels going about their every day life. Dives leave daily at 8.30am, 11.30am, 2pm and 7pm in small groups.
