エキゾチックで静かなギリ・エア島に位置するH2Oヨガと瞑想センターは、理想的な島のリトリートスポットとして存在します。創設者が2009年にこの島を発見した後、彼はこのセンターを設立するのに最適な場所だと決めました。静かな環境と車の汚染がないためです。ビーチフロントからわずか300メートルの場所に位置し、現地のライフスタイルと自然の中にあります。センターでは、ヨガ、瞑想、シュノーケリングなどを組み合わせて、ギリ・エアが見せる完璧な自然を体験する機会を提供しています。ヨガクラスは1日2回あり、導入瞑想セッション、ワークショップ、ヨガを教えることを学ぶオプションもあります。センターでは、ヨガアライアンス認定の教師養成セッションやヨガ、瞑想のリトリートも開催しています。初心者も歓迎し、旅行者やヨギにも適しています。センターは聖なる空間を維持し、人々が活力を取り戻し、クリアリティを得ることができるよう努めています。
