The 15-metre tall thatched roof that covers the Bale Kokok Pletok restaurant is, likewise, an experience that is not to be missed. The name 'Kokok Pletok' originates from the sound that the rooster makes and a giant wooden sculpture of the bird looms over the entrance to greet visitors. With a cuisine that mixes both local favourites and international dishes, it is al fresco dining epitomised.
