Gili Cooking classes, located on Gili Air, provide fun cooking classes in a relaxed environment. The classes are four hours long and are taught in English by Indonesian cooking teachers. You will be taught how to make the most popular Indonesian dishes, as well as Lombok specialities. The courses are completely hands-on, allowing you to really learn the art of how to make your dishes taste great. You will learn all about Indonesian ingredients and will be using the freshest local produce. With the guidance of your teacher, you will be preparing the dish entirely yourself, from start to finish, and will, of course be able to eat it when you are finished! At the end of the class everyone gets a recipe book so that you can wow your friends and family back home with your new-found skills. Gili cooking classes are a fun and relaxing way to spend an afternoon.
