Workshop is a simple and enjoyable introduction to the basics of ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA.
At the beginning of the workshop, we will experience and explore relaxation (calming of the mind), concentration (sharpening of the mind and focusing on different areas of the body), Ujjayi (Victorious) breathing, Drishti (Yogic gaze), Bandhas (Body locks), Tristasana.

The second part of the class will be focused on the explanation of the essential yoga postures with their correct alignment.
We will go through Sun Salutation practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Upward and Downward facing dog, Inversions, Yoga Mudra and final relaxation followed by discussion
The last part of the class will be ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA until 'Navasana' and Inversion with alignments (75 min)
