熱い唐辛子とハーブで作られた辛い地元の「ロンボク料理」から、新鮮なココナッツミルク、ヤシ糖、ピーナッツで作られたジャワ料理の甘さまで。ライム、レモングラス、タマリンドの独特の味と果実の酸味を発見してください。
当クッキングクラスは毎日午前10時に開始し、インドネシア料理と文化について学ぶのに楽しく教育的で楽しい方法です。
