Lombokandgilis
Anggrek Putih offer's half day cooking classes. Classes consist of a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6 people.
Experience the different flavours of 'Indonesian cuisine' and learn about the local produce.
From spicy local 'Lombok food' made with hot chillies and herbs to the sweetness of Javanese food made with fresh coconut milk, palm sugar and peanuts. Discover the unique flavours and fruity sourness of lime, lemongrass and tamarind.
Our cooking classes commence daily at 10:00 am and are a fun, educational and enjoyable way for the whole family to learn about the Indonesian food and culture.
Bookings are essential.
Hotel pick-up's are included from the areas of Senggigi, Mataram and Mangsit.
