The Oberoi, Lombok

The Oberoi Hotel caters for a variety of wedding ceremonies for a private and intimate affair in an idyllic setting. The hotel itself is a collection of luxurious villas in the middle of 24 acres of gardens and beach views; a romantic hideaway on one of the world's most stunning islands.

They offer a selection of locations for the happy couple to choose from:-

Garden by the Sea: A seaside garden setting out in the open air surrounded by coconut palms and great views of the sea. The rose petal walkway leads down to the altar, where the exchange of vows occurs with the backdrop of the Gili islands, Lombok's Rinjani volcano and the magnificent turquoise sea.

Private Medana Beach: Set on the white sandy beach with an intimate altar placed right on the sand and exotic floral display. The ceremony is in the early evening and so guests get to admire the sunset after the exchanging of the rings.

Private Jetty: A unique bridal walkway hovers over the crystal clear waters of the sea, providing an idyllic floating ceremony for a truly romantic wedding.

Private Villa Poolside: For a more secluded affair, weddings can be held in one of the private villas, fully equipped with courtyards, pavilions, poolside areas and the perfect, picturesque background.

All wedding locations can cater for up to 30 guests for an intimate event. The standard wedding package includes an array of fresh, local flowers to decorate the aisles and seats and as bouquets, English speaking coordinator and celebrant, a champagne toast for the bride and groom and a personalised wedding gift, although bespoke packages can be created by the couple. In addition, they are happy to organise catering, cakes, photography, hair and make up and even the gown if required.
