Bagno Di Gili | 5-Star Beach Club Gili Meno
Lombok and Gilis
At a glance
Bagno Di Gili is a beach club on the north-west coast of Gili Meno, at Turtle Point in Gili Indah. Set beside white-coral sand, palm trees and clear island water, the venue combines a relaxed beach setting with a more polished style. It suits travellers exploring Lombok and Gilis who want a dedicated place for a full day by the sea, with dining, shade and water-based activities in one location.
The main seating is arranged around luxury beach gazebos, each designed for two guests with sunbeds, deckchairs, a table and a safety box. Elegant sitting areas and shower facilities add comfort between swims, while towels and bathroom amenities support a longer beach stay. The gazebos are available to resident and non-resident guests through a daily rental and day-pass arrangement.
Food centres on Indonesian cooking prepared over an OFYR open-fire grill. The beach restaurant’s signature day-pass lunch is an Indonesian sate meal served in the beachfront setting, giving the dining experience a casual outdoor character with a more considered presentation. Palm trees, open seating and the shoreline create an easygoing atmosphere for couples and other small parties using the two-person gazebos.
Water activities are central to the venue. The reef at Turtle Point provides a setting for snorkelling, and day-pass guests can use Aqua Lung masks, tubes and fins for a turtle safari. Kayak use is also included with the day pass, along with watershoes for walking around the island, towels and shower access. The nearby underwater sculpture park, positioned around three metres below the surface, can be reached on foot and viewed by snorkellers or divers.
Gili Meno’s quiet character makes the venue a natural base for a slower island day. The island can be explored on foot in around an hour, or by cidomo, the traditional horse-drawn cart used locally. A turtle conservation activity, including the release of baby turtles raised in protected beach tanks, offers an additional experience supported by local volunteers and donations. Advance reservation is required for the day pass, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
